Here are a few quick lessons learnt as we keep chugging along into the next year at Godspeed! One is the loneliest number. The front line deliverables drive the bottom line. A major factor that contributes to winning on the Web is being able to deliver results on time without compromising quality. QC is key! The only choice is ... choice. "Customers have to be able to have it their way," Remember, competitors are only a click away. You can't move FAST if you plan slow. One enemy of innovating on Internet time is budgeting. Plan and forsee ahead and move fast with flexible business options. Multiple Revenue Streams are a must. The business model must have fall back revenue options to move against the inevitable tides. Do it right the first time. It is like jumping from the parachute. If it does not open, you drop dead. Cannot jump again! If all else fails believe in your self and make your moves FAST. |
